For the best advice on selling your property, please feel free to contact us and we will schedule an appointment at your home. This introductory meeting lasts approximately one hour and is intended to provide you with all the information you need on the process of selling your property and how we can help. Afterwards, you will receive a report including substantiated advice on the value of your home and an asking price. This report is entirely without obligation.
Once you decide to request our services, we will inform other estate agents in our network of your available property. We will also promote your property on social media, using for sale signs, and in brochures, to ensure exposure to as wide a network of potential buyers as possible. We will make every effort to sell your home as quickly as possible and at the right price.
Valuation
When you purchase a property, your mortgage lender requires proof that their collateral actually has the value you paid for the property. Mortgage lenders want a valuation: a detailed and carefully performed appraisal of your home by an independent estate agent. On behalf of our office, Marco Arens has performed valuations for many years and for a number of different banks. Marco is available on short notice.
You will need a valuation report for the following purposes:
- Funding a new home
- Refinancing your current mortgage
- Inheritance
- Tax
- Division of an estate
